Warnings and bans
How warnings add up, what a scrim ban does, and the default rules.
Every server sets its own rules, and /rules shows them. The bot gives
staff two tools to enforce them: warnings and scrim bans.
Warnings
- Staff can warn you. The bot also warns you automatically if you don't ready up in a ranked queue. Some servers turn this on for casual queues too.
- Every warning has a weight. A small slip is usually 1. Something serious, like throwing a match, can weigh much more.
- By default, when your warnings add up to 10, you are banned from scrims
for 3 days, and your warnings start again from zero. Your server can
change these numbers.
/rulesshows your server's own. - A server can also turn warnings off. Then nobody is warned or banned automatically.
/warnings shows yours. Only you can see the reply.
Scrim bans
A scrim ban stops you joining queues. It doesn't remove you from the server. While it lasts, you have the Scrim Banned role.
- Staff can ban for a set time, like a day or a week, or permanently.
/banstatusshows whether you're banned and when it ends.- When a ban runs out, the role comes off and the bot messages you.
The default rules
These are the rules every server starts with. Staff can rewrite them from the dashboard.
- No harassment, hate speech, slurs or constant toxicity.
- No match fixing, rigging results or manipulating votes.
- Don't throw or grief a match.
- Don't stall a scrim or refuse to vote at the end.
- Report bugs instead of abusing them.
- Don't pretend to be staff.
Disagreeing with staff
Take it to staff instead of arguing in the match channel. A Scrim Manager has the final say.
