Terms of Service
Last updated 6 September 2026.
These terms cover the BrawlScrims Discord bot and this website. Adding the bot to a server, or using this dashboard, means you accept them. If you don't, remove the bot.
Who runs it
BrawlScrims is run by a private individual based in Czechia. It's a side project, not a company. You can reach the operator at [email protected], or the support server.
What the service is
BrawlScrims runs Brawl Stars scrims inside Discord: queues, team balancing, map draws, ready checks, results and ELO ratings, plus a web dashboard for configuring it. It's an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supercell or Discord. Brawl Stars is a trademark of Supercell.
Who can use it
Discord requires its users to be at least 13, or older where local law says so, and the same applies here. Only someone with Manage Server on a Discord server may add the bot to it or change its settings.
Your responsibilities
- Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Don't try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the bot, the dashboard, or anyone else's server data.
- Don't use the bot to harass people or to run anything unlawful.
- Server staff are responsible for how they configure the bot and for the rules text they write into it. Rules pages are editable, and what a server writes there is that server's own policy, not ours.
Paid plans
- Some features are on a paid tier. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
- A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel any time from the billing portal linked in the dashboard; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
- Licence keys are tied to one Discord server.
- 14-day refund. If you're within 14 days of a new subscription and you want your money back, ask and you'll get it — no reason needed. This is your right as a consumer in the EU, and it applies here whoever you are and wherever you're based.
- After 14 days, renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel any time and keep access until the period you've paid for runs out. If something broke and that's why you're asking, say so — that gets sorted regardless of the date.
- Prices and what's in each tier can change. Changes apply from your next renewal, never retroactively.
Availability
The bot is still being actively built. It's provided as is, with no guarantee of uptime, and features may change or be removed. We're not liable for lost matches, lost ratings, or anything that follows from the service being unavailable or behaving unexpectedly. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending it
You can stop at any time by removing the bot from your server. We may suspend access for a server that abuses the service or breaks these terms — for anything short of serious abuse, we'll say what's wrong first.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of Czechia, and disputes go to the Czech courts. If you're a consumer somewhere else in the EU, this doesn't take away the protection your own country's law gives you, or your right to bring a case there.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated; the date at the top says when. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Questions go to [email protected], or the support server.
